We pray that all those participating in the online 2022 General Assembly feel a strong sense of God’s presence, and that the Holy Spirit blesses the Assembly with the gifts of wisdom and love.
We pray for the Moderator, commissioners, and young adult and student representatives who gather this week to discern God’s will for the church as it serves in the world.

In 2021, General Assembly decided that the PCC would offer a public confession to all who have been harmed by the church’s exclusion and marginalization of LGBTQI people. The moderator also wrote letters of apology to the Rev. Darryl Macdonald and the congregation of St. Andrew’s Lachine for harm caused in the 1990s.
