Life in Christ involves prayer,
the seeking of God’s will and blessing
on all of life.
Prayer is openness to the presence of God.
In words, or the absence of words,
prayer is the focusing of our lives towards God.
Praying for and with PCC congregations, committees, agencies, people and partners is one way of engaging in God’s mission in the world and focusing our lives on God.
Join in prayer with people across the country and celebrate the mission and ministry we are doing together by using the daily prayers, weekly Mission Moments and monthly Social Action Spotlights featured in the Prayer Partnership during worship and in your church communications (e.g., online, in church bulletins, newsletters, slide shows and more).
- Daily prayers are submitted by congregations, committees, presbyteries and PCC staff.
- Sunday Mission Moments highlight the ministry that we are doing together through Presbyterians Sharing and Presbyterian World Service & Development.
- Monthly Social Action Spotlights provide ideas for congregations and individuals to call for justice through prayer, conversation, education and raising awareness.
