Nec Tamen ConsumebaturFrom 1941 to the current year – available online

Affectionately known as “the A&P” or “the Blue Book”, the Acts and Proceedings are the official minutes and reports of General Assembly, the highest decision-making body in The Presbyterian Church in Canada. The Acts and Proceedings also include congregational membership and financial statistics, and contact information for ministers, congregations, presbyteries, synods and camps. A yearbook containing the records and statistics was produced for 2020 because the 2020 General Assembly was cancelled due the the COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier printed editions of the A&P are kept in the General Assembly Office and the Archives at the national office (50 Wynford Drive, Toronto, Ontario). A limited number of print copies are available; to request a copy, call 1-800-619-7301. The libraries of the Presbyterian College, St. Andrew’s Hall and Knox College also have sets.

The Acts and Proceedings are available by download below containing complete copies of 1941 through to 2025 and minutes only of 1925 through to 1979.
