Description:
Church restarts, or replants, often begin with when members of a congregation or the presbytery discern a new vision from God that is significantly different from the congregation’s current ministry focus. Restarts are most successful when a congregation is radically open to a new vision and able to fully trust God with the future of their church. A committed leadership team with the necessary skills and calling to move the vision forward as well as strong plan with inspiring short-term and long-term goals are also key to successfully restarting a church.
