Description:
We have a great vision, but how do we live it out as a congregation?

Churches often get stuck at the implementation phase of adopting a new vision. We find it a daunting phase because we think it means making drastic changes, such as completely overhauling programming or developing a new outreach ministry. While these types of changes may come about as long-term vision unfolds, the first steps don’t have to be big. In this webinar, you will learn how to invite and inspire your congregation to work towards realistic and attainable goals in the first year after adopting on your new vision. Topics that will be covered include: busting myths that prevent churches from implementing their visions, acting with intention as a congregation, learning to live out the new vision in a daily way, taking steps towards reaching realistic and attainable goals.
