Life and Living: A View from Death and Dying

Discussion on how our Christian beliefs about death and everlasting life can inform how we live as people of faith.

Facilitator: The Rev. Dr. Esther Acolatse
Host: Canadian Ministries

Description:
Death is a natural part of life. Yet in our death-denying culture even Christians are walking on tenterhooks around what we know is natural. In this webinar, we will attend to some of the historical antecedents to our reticent or even fear of death and dying and learn how to accompany others and prepare ourselves to engage this final act of life. We will discuss how our Christian beliefs about death and everlasting life can inform how we live as people of faith. After all, death is not so much about dying but about living.
