The Presbyterian Church in Canada is seeking to fill the position of Director, Pensions, Benefits and Human Resources. The Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Pension, Benefits and Human Resources department. This role oversees the delivery of key national operational functions, including Pension & Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll Services, ensuring they are efficient, integrated, and aligned with the PCC’s mission and strategic priorities. In addition, the successful candidate will manage the pension and benefits administrative processes and related policies as adopted by the General Assembly and in accordance with regulatory requirements, and equip those authorized to make decisions about the church’s pension and benefits.
