Call for Photos
We are looking for photos (with captions) for use in our 2026 PCC resources to help tell the PCC’s story. These resources include bulletin covers, videos, posters, our annual wall calendar, the PCC website and more. We rely on photos from congregations to help us showcase their good work as they live out their faith in action.

Please note:

  • It is always important to get consent when you take a photo to be used for publication. Especially if the subject is under 18. We will assume we have permission to publish anything sent to us. You can find the PCC’s consent forms here: presbyterian.ca/photos
  • Please make sure that the photo is high resolution – at least 1MB. If you aren’t sure, send anyway and we will decide if it can be used.
  • Vertical or horizontal orientations are both fine. We use vertical photos for bulletin covers, and horizontal ones for the wall calendar and videos.
  • Both action shots and posed photos are fine.
  • Besides people, we also need photos of items/details (e.g., a section of stained glass, a creative piece made by someone in the congregation, a jar of jam, a pew detail, a communion cup, hands in prayer, etc.). The possibilities are endless!
  • Please include the name of the photographer and congregation.

Please share this photo call with anyone you think would be interested in contributing!

Below you will find a series of prompts to help guide your congregation in choosing photos to send:

What does belonging look like to your congregation?
