As the snow comes tumbling down, why not use one of these cozy ideas to connect with the work of PWS&D?

Hot Chocolate Hangout

How about a steaming cup of hot chocolate? Meet up with a friend and brainstorm ways to engage your congregation in the work of PWS&D. Your mugs will quickly be empty but your list of ideas won’t!

Soup Luncheon Fundraiser

Just like Knox Presbyterian Church in Waterloo, Ont., organize a soup luncheon for your community. Leave out a basket for donations to help PWS&D bring about abundant life for all.

Fireside Videos

Some days, it just seems too cold to go out! Why not watch PWS&D’s videos on Malnutrition, Food Security and Food Assistance while sitting on the couch, under a cozy blanket with the fire roaring?

Pray for Those Who Are Cold

You can share the warmth of God’s love with people around the world who, displaced from their homes, have long, cold nights or who, while living in warm climates, don’t have a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads.

Pray for the 25.9 million refugees around the world and consider making a gift to help support PWS&D’s refugee program which is helping people embrace a new life of safety and friendship.
