Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise – Psalm 100:4

Montreal West Presbyterian Church (a Supporting Ministry grant recipient) recently celebrated its 127th anniversary in 2018 with thanksgiving and praise. The congregation has much to celebrate: through God’s faithfulness, the congregation has experienced an exciting transformation during the last decade. Once in decline, the congregation has grown into a flourishing worshipping community of over 150 adults and children!

In honour of their anniversary, the congregation hosted ‘A Night of Praise and Worship’ that combined modern praise music and African Gospel songs. More than 100 people attended the event, featuring performances by the Cotes-des-Neiges Presbyterian Church choir and the Siloe Presbyterian Church choir. During the service, the congregation re-dedicated the newly renovated church building and unveiled a new signpost with their vision statement, living in grace and growing in love.
