Bill Easum
Bill Easum has a thirty-year track record of growing congregations. His last church, which he pastored for twenty-four years, experienced incredible growth.
For the past fifteen years, Bill has served as a consultant to congregations and denominations and has personally consulted with over 1,000 congregations. He has taught many leaders and judicatories with a focus upon evangelism and social justice ministries.
Bill is the author of numerous best-selling books such as Church Growth Handbook, Dancing With Dinosaurs, Sacred Cows Make Gourmet Burgers, Leadership On The Other Side, A Second Resurrection, and Ten Common Mistakes Made by Church Starts.
In 1986 Bill founded 21st Century Strategies which in 2000 became Easum, Bandy & Associates (EBA) www.easumbandy.com, which once again became 21st Century Strategies in 2008.

Diana Butler Bass
Diana Butler Bass is an author, speaker, and independent scholar specializing in American religion and culture. She holds a Ph.D. in religious studies from Duke University and is the author of seven books including A People’s History of Christianity: the Other Side of the Story (HarperOne, 2009). Her best-selling, Christianity for the Rest of Us (2006) was named as one of the best religion books of the year by Publishers Weekly and Christian Century.
From 2002 to 2006, Diana was the Project Director of a national Lilly Endowment funded study of mainline Protestant vitality. She regularly comments on religion, politics, and culture in the media including USA TODAY, Time, Newsweek, The Washington Post, CNN, FOX and PBS.

Don Posterski
Don Posterski is a researcher, author and cultural strategist. He recently completed his tenure with World Vision International as the Director of Faith and Development. Don’s primary mandate included working with World Vision’s global leaders and developing policy, program ministry and staff strategies relating to Christian formation, Christian witness and church partnerships. His work required him to travel extensively and interface with the cultural dynamics of other world religions.
Utilizing research data, Don has written several books connecting the gospel with culture. His latest Inter Varsity Press book continues to advocate “Principled Pluralism” as a creative response to the increasing diversity that swirls around us (Enemies with Smiling Faces: Defeating the Subtle Threats that Endanger Christians).
Don is currently consulting with Muskoka Woods Christian Youth Resort and the International Salvation Army in New York City as they establish a global social justice centre.
Don and his wife Beth reside in Toronto.
